January 1st saw a new charge coming in for visitors to Iceland to bear in mind. A fee to be paid for each kilometre travelled.
This has been balanced by a reduction in the price of fuel, in an attempt to balance out the fact that EV drivers weren't being treated the same as ICE car drivers.
ICE being internal combustion engine on this occasion....
