An existential threat

There are concerns that the rapid melting of the Greenland Ice Sheet and other large-scale impacts of climate change will prevent the normal working of some key ocean currents and circulatory systems in the Atlantic. 

This may affect the UK. A key current is the Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation (AMOC)

Iceland is treating this more seriously than the UK it seems. It has deemed this a security risk.
