There has been an early dump of snow in the capital area this week, and people were encouraged to head home and stay indoors. There were traffic issues, and businesses closed early and the University suggested that students stay away.
A range of fellow Rayburn Tours tutors were in the country at the time, and have been trying to complete at least some of their planned daily activities before the snow stopped play.
They have also been sending some wonderful images of familiar places along with at least 8 inches of snow which have fallen in the city.
