Trawling back through pictures of earlier visits to Iceland for a writing project I'm tinkering with to find some alternative views of familiar tourist sights. I try to take alternative pictures when I'm next there.
I came across this image of a sign which is located at the top of the steps up the side of Skogafoss, which is the start of a trail heading inland (weather and time of year dependent) towards the interior.
I wondered what it might translate to.
No dogs, except on a string ./ lead...
There are some excellent waterfalls a short walk up that path, but most trips will not head that way as the trip has not been risk assessed.
