It's a month or so since I returned from a visit to Iceland guiding for Rayburn Tours.
Rayburn is one of the companies that offers school visits to Iceland (and a number of other locations). They offer the option of having a Field Studies tutor / Tour manager to help liaise with coach drivers, accommodation, venues etc. as well as providing details on the landscape, features, processes, history, culture and so much more.
Rayburn have provided the option of downloadable booklets with information on all the key locations that schools visit on their tours. They provide maps, images and other information.
It was also good to catch up with Rayburn colleagues at the GA Conference as well this year.
I'm looking forward to heading back out to Iceland later this year, and also visiting with students from our own school.
