Icelandic Names

I've previously posted about Icelandic naming conventions.

There are various rules relating to the names that are chosen by people which have changed to reflect the times, and the gender fluid nature of people's identity.

This page on the Census 2021 website enables a search for how many people have a particular name as their first or second name.

Here's the result for Alan:

There are apparently 94 people in Iceland who have the same name as me.
