I mentioned yesterday a project by Eunsan Huh exploring the Icelandic language and creating icons for Icelandic words.
There is also an interview here.
One of her icons is actually used by a sausage stand as it happens.
A book featuring her designs has also been published. It is available for those living in Iceland, and can be ordered for those who don't. I shall look out for it the next time I'm there for certain.
