Eyjafjallajokull erupted over 10 years ago now - I blogged the anniversary of the main eruption earlier in the year.

The one on the right was written by Ian Hardie, who was the Rayburn Field Studies tutor for many years, and was able to watch the eruption from his house.
The book on the left is also an excellent read.
