The Efstidalur Farm will be familiar to some people who have travelled to Iceland as the "ice cream farm". I last visited in 2015 and was due to be visiting it again this Easter and have a meal there for the first time, but the trip was a casualty of the current pandemic. The ice cream is tremendous of course.
