Bubble Iceland offer some interesting looking bubble accommodation alongside tours of key locations in Iceland, which are 'reassuringly expensive' as they say. They involve small numbers taking a tour in an SUV along with an overnight in a transparent bubble-style accommodation with heated blankets, and through which you can see the stars.
I like the tagline of the '5 million star hotel'.
