Jan 27: Geography all the Way... to Iceland

Geography all the Way is the site created in 2009 by my friend Richard Allaway who teaches at the Campus des Nations International School of Geneva.
It is an essential site for all geography teachers, and if you keep refreshing the home page you might see even a quote from me...

Richard completed his PGCE under the inestimable Margaret Roberts.
His site contains materials suitable for MYP, IB and GCSE/iGCSE as well as KS3.

I'm pleased to have contributed some materials to the site over the years, and also visited Richard's school to present twice at International conferences he has put together.

Last year, the GATW site became an official partner of Discover the World Education (one of the companies that will have their own blog post in the coming months, as a company that brings students to Iceland)

Richard has shared the material that he developed for the inspection visit and CPD that he ran with several others (who will have their own future blog post) last year.
There are materials related to various aspects of the island.

A map showing locations visited has been shared here.

Another teacher-produced site which has also partnered with Discover the World Education is Matt Podbury's GeographyPods. More on that in a future blog post.
